Service here is great and the staff is super helpful. It's awesome that you can park right on the premises. The room was neat and well-maintained, with a little surprise on your pillow. The management is top-notch and always on point. 🌟

Had an awesome time during my vacation. The room was super spacious and all shiny and new, plus it even had a kitchen - couldn't have asked for more! 🌟

The location was incredibly comfortable and perfect and right oof the highway. I had well-kept and brand-new room complete with would of been great, balconies, a kitchen. I had a warm welcome, very, very nice and helpful staff.

Jennifer
The location was great and absolutely perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. There were convenience stores and a grocery store around the hotel.

Our room was reasonably spacious and brand-new with would of been great, balconies, fans, slept well. A microwave oven and a refrigerator where provided if needed. The location was great for Fort Worth, just off many restaurants, fast food places, grocery stores, retail shops and night life, and convenience stores. Popped in Redneck Heaven for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue

Amazing stay, as always. Absolutely great place, free parking, excellent staff. New building and rooms with a kitchen. A good area, comfortable and nice location close enough to Dallas as well as general stores.

The breakfast has a variety of options, the room is clean and new with a kitchen, and the location is excellent for visiting Fossil Creek Golf Club.

Wonderful stay for a relaxing vacation. Brand-new hotel in a fairly nice area near many restaurants, fast food places, grocery stores, and retail shops. Great and absolutely perfect location with parking on-site.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with basic amenities, Crossland Studios is a decent choice. The bed is comfortable and the room comes with a mini kitchen area, perfect for those who want to save on dining out. The counter staff is friendly and check-in is quick. Additionally, the free WiFi and ample supply of towels are a plus.
Some rooms may have a lingering smoke smell, despite being designated as non-smoking.

The location of the facility
The trash that was on the outside of the property could have been picked up a little bit better

Desk clerk was friendly and accommodating.
Ceiling light fixture missing, therefore no light over desk. Refrigerator did not appear to be working. No ice machine on property. Telephone not plugged in, had to locate and unravel cord to get plugged in and working. For a person who can sleep anywhere at anytime and does not require or expect many amenities, like ice, light, fake breakfast, etc., this is the very definition of low-rent lodging. Only thing that saves it from a zero star review is that the price is attractive and there were no surprise up-charges. I have had better for less in similar markets, worse for more.

Great price, convenient location, on-site laundry room, full kitchen, nearby amenities.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Liked the location. Close to what we were doing that weekend.
Room smelled like smoke. We reserved a king bed and didn't get that. They jacked the price up for race weekend.

the property and staff are a complete disaster, the building itself is ancient, it needs to be torn down, dirt everywhere, doors falling off hindges windows broken out and covered with plywood, smells of insect spray, the carpet in our room was covered in cockroach powder, floor in kicthen area and bathroom was covered in water from a thawing out frig, beds were unkept. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers. we would have been better off sleeping in our car....really. Don't even think about staying at the Crossland. We were there for the NASCAR race and this was the only property that had any rooms left open in the area, now I know way.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
